There are times in life where everything comes together, passion has a place to ignite and great results are formed.

That time has come for me! Whether you are thinking of selling your house or in the beginning stages of wanting to find the perfect home, I would be honored to walk through this journey with you.

I am a native Floridian, raised in Central Florida.  I absolutely loved growing up in Central Florida! Going to the beach, the local parks and the attractions as a kid were always and still are some of my favorite past times.   Central Florida, however, isn’t just about theme parks anymore! Central Florida has developed immensely in the last several years.  It has been so exciting for me to watch it grow into what it is today with thriving businesses, downtown high- rise condominiums, gorgeous family- friendly communities, vibrant nightlife, 5 star hotels, upscale restaurants, fabulous shopping,  year round outdoor activities, arts, culture, professional sports, abundant parks and so much more!

I have vast and diverse experience in Hospitality and Property Management in Las Vegas, Dallas and Orlando.  I have worked in 5 Star Hotels such as the Bellagio, Palms, Mandalay Bay and Hard Rock Hotel as well as in Affordable Housing and Downtown Luxury Living.  With this range of knowledge and expertise I can give you the customer service and attention to detail that you deserve.

Central Florida is one of the fastest growing areas in America and has a metropolitan area of more than 2 million people.   Apopka is one of the cities in Central Florida that can easily be described as having the most quality of life and family – friendly atmospheres.  Apopka is known for its small- town charm even though it is the second largest city in Orange County, behind only Orlando.  And Apopka is still growing. With the construction of two major roadways ( state roads 414 and 429 also known as Wekiva Parkway) ; the new Florida Hospital scheduled to open in 2017;  the City Center that will offer a new downtown area encompassing  shopping and entertainment AND 15 brand new residential developments underway totaling about 1750 new residences; Apopka is now reaping in the harvest.

Downtown Orlando is also flourishing with contemporary high-rise living offering a convenient lifestyle.  Choose from a variety of hip, urban residences with one, two and three bedrooms featuring luxurious amenities including resort style swimming pools, state of the art fitness centers, oasis inspired indoor lounges w/Wi.Fi, grilling stations,  and outdoor romantic fireplaces.  Most within walking distance of Lake Eola, Church Street, the Central Business District, shopping and upscale restaurants.

I am an experienced professional and I will be a strong advocate for you.  I will employ the latest technologies and creative marketing strategies to get your property sold or to find the perfect home for you.   I truly believe home is where your heart is and I look forward to being YOUR REALTOR for life.
